The following rules and regulations are for the protection and benefit of all residents.

Residents using The Enclave’s Clubhouse and/or Pool should familiarize themselves with the rules. Adults and Guardians are responsible for supervising their children and guests to observe all rules. Noncompliance with these rules may result in restrictions or revocation of privileges

Amenities should be treated with dignity and utmost respect.

Amenities are for use by Enclave Residents and their guests only.

CLUBHOUSE

The Enclave Clubhouse contains six (6) distinct components:

Leasing Office

1. Leasing Office
2. Digital Community Board
3. Fitness Center
4. Wellness Center
5. Package + Business Center
6. The Lounge including three individual sections along with fireplace and kitchen

The Clubhouse is available to all residents per these rules and regulations. Anyone under the age of 14 MUST be always accompanied by an adult. To enter the fitness and wellness center, those between the ages of 14-16 MUST be supervised by an adult. The Lounge room is also available for private event reservations upon approval from management. Booking requests must be submitted through the resident portal. Please be sure to always check the resident portal calendar for availability. When the space is being used for a private event by a fellow resident, please be respectful and courteous to their space.

GENERAL CLUBHOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Clubhouse hours are 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. The Clubhouse must be vacated by 10:00 PM for security reasons.
